"All I Want...""Assuming you've been good... What do *you* want for Christmas?" |
|
That's an easy one. As I am not into the formal commercialsm of
Christmas about the only thing I want is for everyone that I personnally
know to just have their health and good mental stamina. We all tend to
concentrate on materialistic gifts for the Holidays when the true
meaning is connecting with family and friends regardless of "prizes"
under a tree. - Gregory Kyryluk: Alpha Wave Movement/Open Canvas
Why is it always so hard to say what you want ? To be surrounded by the
love of friends and family. Such an enormous joy !

You mean besides peace on Earth and another glass of eggnog? hmm...I
want to be able to spend as much time as possible doing what I feel
passionately about; music, graphics, and writing. Oh yeah...and I want
the Foundry live show to come together!
I want to touch the mentality or creativity of composers, who wrote
classical Christmas songs.
Let's hope each year I'm granted to have the gift and possibility to
proceed with realizing the music.
Although I'm not really a gear junkie, I surely would like to have the
funding to upgrade the studio a bit more.
But I guess this need has no ending so I'm already happy with my first
request.
In a larger sense, I'd like world peace. I know it sounds trite and
it's not "cool" or whatever but it's what this place needs the most.
I've been told many times that I'm a hard person to shop for, and that has
gotten worse as the years have passed! Without trying to have my answer
sound like a cop-out, what I REALLY want for Christmas is to see my
daughter have a great one! This will be her second Christmas, and will be
the first year she'll really understand what's going on.
I want Christmas to retire. It's had its day. I'd much rather celebrate the
winter solstice, knowing that the days are getting brighter again.
Time... it's the only thing I need more of...
